Operator and scope

SIPL is a technology brand/business division operated by Sai Infratel Private Limited. These terms concern browsing sipl.pro, using its demonstrations and making an enquiry.

A product account, commissioned project or other paid service may have its own separately agreed terms. These website terms do not replace those agreements or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website information and demonstrations

The website introduces SIPL’s websites, business systems, applications, automation and products. Information is intended to help you assess a possible discussion; it is not a tailored specification, professional advice or a promise that a particular feature will suit every business. Confirm scope and current availability with SIPL before relying on a description for a business decision.

Illustrative interfaces contain fictional example records. Interactive demonstrations change local example state; they do not make payments, contact customers, dispense medicines or execute live business transactions. Project references describe the represented scope, not a guarantee of another business’s future results.

Product and future-concept status

Retail Buddy is presented as SIPL’s live flagship product. Illustrative website surfaces are not a guarantee of a particular production screen, configuration or included module; confirm the relevant product scope during a discussion or demonstration.

RxBuddy is In Development. SIPL Labs, SIPL HRMS and RB Bot / Retail Buddy Bot are future concepts unless separately announced as available. Concept material is not a launch-date, pricing or production-availability commitment.

Enquiries, proposals and agreements

Provide accurate contact details and submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, sensitive personal records or confidential third-party information in an initial enquiry. The Privacy Policy at /privacy describes how website enquiries are handled.

An enquiry, form acknowledgement or delivery confirmation does not create a purchase, project contract or obligation to begin work. Discussions and proposals remain subject to an expressly agreed scope and commercial arrangement. Do not treat an email receipt as acceptance of your requested work.

Project deliverables, timing, fees, payment, acceptance, support, intellectual-property rights and other commercial terms must be agreed separately. This website does not establish a standard refund policy, project price, warranty or guaranteed outcome.

Permitted use and misuse

You may browse the website and use the published contact channels to make legitimate business enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security or rate controls, disrupt availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit spam, unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Do not use demonstrations as access to a real client or product system. Access may be limited where necessary to address misuse or protect the website. Do not collect personal information from the website or its users for unauthorised purposes.

Content and intellectual property

Website text, design, code, brand assets and other material may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by SIPL or the relevant rights holder. Client names, trademarks, screenshots and third-party material remain subject to their respective owners’ rights; displaying them does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to reuse them.

You may view the site and retain ordinary browser copies for your own business evaluation. This does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, alter or commercially exploit protected material beyond what the rights holder permits or applicable law allows. External links and third-party services

Portfolio, social, WhatsApp and other outbound links lead to independently operated services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. A link or reference does not promise their continued availability, endorse every statement they contain, or grant access to private systems.

Hosting and enquiry delivery depend on service providers, including Vercel and Resend. If the form reports an error or a pending delivery, use an alternative published contact channel if your message is time-sensitive. No response time or guaranteed delivery is created by the website.

Accuracy, availability and responsibility

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but content can become outdated and technical interruptions or errors can occur. We may update material or maintain the service as needed. No uninterrupted availability, uptime level or specific business result is promised by this website.

Verify important information with SIPL before acting on it. Responsibility for a commissioned service is addressed in its separate agreement and under applicable law. Nothing in these website terms is intended to limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
