Scope and current state

SIPL is a technology brand/business division operated by Sai Infratel Private Limited. This policy describes cookies and similar browser storage on sipl.pro. Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser; similar storage can include local or session storage.

The current application does not set analytics, advertising or preference cookies, and it does not load GA4 or Microsoft Clarity tracking SDKs. Its enquiry form and interactive examples use temporary page state rather than a persistent application tracking identifier. Browser autofill and saved form details are controlled by your browser, not by a SIPL tracking feature.

Essential operation and functionality

Essential technologies support functions such as delivering a page and protecting it against abuse. The current application does not require an application-set cookie for normal navigation or enquiry validation. Its basic server rate counters are held on the server, not in a browser cookie.

Vercel provides the hosting infrastructure. Infrastructure security or challenge functions may use storage when those functions are applied. These operational functions must not be confused with optional audience tracking. If a cookie or security challenge is introduced, its actual purpose, provider and duration must be reflected in this notice. Optional audience measurement will not be classified as essential operation.

Optional analytics — Google Analytics 4

GA4 is a prepared, inactive integration for understanding aggregate website usage. If enabled later, it may use identifiers or cookies to measure visits, navigation and approved interaction events. It is not necessary for you to read the site or make an enquiry.

Activation requires approved configuration, updated disclosures and appropriate consent controls. Enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, requirements and URL query values must not be sent as analytics events. Actual cookies, expiry periods and data-retention settings must be disclosed when the integration is introduced.

Optional behavioral analytics — Microsoft Clarity

Clarity is a prepared, inactive integration for understanding interactions such as navigation, scrolling and clicks. Its interaction or session-analysis features are not currently loaded. A project ID alone does not turn them on.

Before any activation, sensitive content and form fields must be masked or excluded, storage and retention must be reviewed, and appropriate consent must be obtained. No recording of confidential enquiry content is authorised by the existence of the integration architecture.

Consent and changing your choice

Because optional tracking is currently disabled, there is no active analytics consent banner or cookie-preferences panel to operate. No optional tracker is started while waiting for a choice. There is also no current site-level analytics consent stored in your browser.

Before optional tracking is enabled, the website must offer clear accept and reject choices and an accessible way to reopen preferences and withdraw consent. Necessary operation must remain available if optional analytics are declined. Withdrawal must stop future optional tracking; any separate vendor deletion process must be explained at that time. Until these controls and the required review are complete, optional analytics remain off.

External services and browser controls

Following a WhatsApp, social or portfolio link opens another service that may use its own cookies under its own policies. These outbound links do not themselves embed those services’ tracking tools in this website. Server-to-server enquiry delivery through Resend is separate from a browser analytics integration.

You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser’s privacy settings. Clearing data or blocking necessary storage on a destination service can affect its functionality. Browser controls are an additional choice and do not replace the site-level consent controls required before optional tracking is introduced.

Updates and contact

We will update this notice if hosting/security storage or optional analytics changes, including the purposes and durations of any active cookies. The effective date is shown at the top of this page. Optional analytics are currently disabled.
