SIPL / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Effective date:
Who we are and what this notice covers
SIPL is a technology brand/business division operated by Sai Infratel Private Limited. In this notice, “SIPL”, “we” and “our” refer to Sai Infratel Private Limited operating this website. This notice explains information handling on sipl.pro, including enquiries and external contact links.
It does not replace a separate privacy notice or agreement for a client project, employee relationship or product account. Product and dashboard demonstrations on this website use coded, illustrative interfaces and fictional records, rather than private client dashboard data.
Information you provide
When available, the enquiry form collects your name, company, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, project type and short requirement. We also receive information you choose to provide by email, telephone or WhatsApp, such as follow-up questions and correspondence about a possible project.
Provide business contact details and only the information needed for an initial discussion. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, health records, employee files or confidential customer data. If a project requires sensitive or confidential information, agree an appropriate exchange method with us first.
How enquiries are handled
The online enquiry form is available. You may also contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
The website checks enquiry fields on the server and uses a hidden spam field, request-size limits and basic rate protection. When enquiry delivery is enabled, Resend processes the submitted details and emails them to our configured enquiry inbox, info@sipl.pro. The sending address is website@sipl.pro, and your email is used as the reply-to address so we can respond directly.
The form distinguishes an email accepted for processing from confirmed delivery. A pending message is not delivery confirmation. If delivery is unavailable or an error is displayed, do not assume we have received the enquiry; you can use the published email, phone or WhatsApp channel. An email service receipt confirms delivery status, not that a member of our team has read or accepted your request.
Why we use information
We use enquiry and correspondence details to respond, understand requirements, discuss project suitability, prepare a requested proposal and maintain relevant business correspondence. We use technical information to operate the website, investigate errors, limit spam or fraud and protect the service. We may retain information needed to meet applicable legal obligations or handle a dispute.
The applicable legal basis depends on the purpose and law governing the processing: for example, responding to steps you request before a contract, meeting a legal obligation, protecting the service where permitted, or acting on consent where required. Sending an enquiry is not consent to unrelated promotional campaigns. Optional analytics remain disabled and require an appropriate consent process before activation.
Technical information and security logs
Vercel hosts the website and its server-side routes. Hosting and network infrastructure may process an IP address, request time, requested path, browser/device information, response status and security or diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the service. These operational records are separate from optional website analytics.
The enquiry endpoint maintains short-lived, in-memory rate counters using a salted hash of the trusted client IP when available, or a shared counter otherwise. This endpoint does not persist the raw IP in its own rate-limit store. That does not prevent Vercel or other delivery infrastructure from maintaining their own operational logs. Please avoid putting personal or confidential information in page URLs.
Cookies, analytics and search services
No Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity tracking SDK is currently loaded by this website. Configuring an identifier alone does not activate these tools. The prepared analytics interface excludes enquiry values and URL query values; it requires an enabled integration and consent before sending optional events.
If introduced later, GA4 would be used for usage measurement and Clarity for interaction analysis. Before activation, the cookie notice and consent controls must describe the actual data and storage, and sensitive fields must be excluded or masked. See the Cookie Policy at /cookies for current storage behavior and your choices.
Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools verification hooks establish site ownership and support search management; they do not themselves embed visitor tracking scripts. The prepared IndexNow integration concerns public page URLs, not enquiry submissions. Indexing and IndexNow submissions remain disabled until launch approval.
Who may receive information
Authorised SIPL personnel may use relevant enquiries to respond and manage business discussions. Vercel provides website infrastructure, and Resend provides enquiry email processing when enabled. Hostinger provides the business mailbox service and processes messages received in our inbox. Service providers handle information as needed for their role and under the applicable service arrangements; their own privacy notices may also cover their service and security data.
We do not sell enquiry information or treat an enquiry as permission to share it for unrelated advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid legal process, or as necessary to investigate misuse and protect lawful rights.
External links and processing locations
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp only when you choose to follow them; this website does not embed a WhatsApp chat tracker. Email, telephone, social and portfolio links open the service or destination you select. Those providers operate independently and have their own privacy terms. Information you then send may be processed by that provider as well as by us when we receive it.
SIPL is based in India. Hosting, email and other service providers may process information in other countries. Applicable protections and transfer requirements depend on the service, location and law. We do not claim that data stays exclusively in India or that an unverified certification or transfer mechanism applies. Contact us for questions about the providers relevant to your enquiry.
Retention and protection
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, conduct an active business discussion and maintain necessary records. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant records may be retained with the project documentation. Legal recordkeeping duties, unresolved disputes and security investigations may require longer retention. Information should be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
There is no single published retention period for every enquiry, email, backup and infrastructure log. The appropriate period depends on the record and the provider’s settings; requests for deletion are assessed against continuing legal and operational needs. Optional analytics retention must be selected before any such integration is enabled.
The website uses encrypted transport, server-side validation, request limits and server-only delivery credentials. Access to business records should be limited to authorised people and providers who need it. These measures reduce risk but do not make any website, email channel or storage system completely secure.
Your choices, requests and complaints
Contact info@sipl.pro to ask about information you have provided, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a concern. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to withdraw consent, restrict or object to particular processing, obtain a copy of information, or complain to the relevant data protection authority. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
We may request proportionate information to confirm identity and locate a record; do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. We will assess requests under applicable law and explain any information we need or any reason a request cannot be fulfilled in full. Withdrawing consent does not undo lawful processing already performed, and some records may still be needed for another lawful purpose.
You may choose not to use the enquiry form and instead use the contact channels below. If you do not provide enough contact or requirement information, we may be unable to respond meaningfully. Optional analytics will not be a condition of accessing the core website.
Children and information submitted in error
This is a business services and product website, not a service directed at children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the enquiry form. A parent, guardian or other person who believes information was submitted inappropriately can contact info@sipl.pro so we can review it and arrange appropriate action.
